1-Speech on World Environment Day

Good morning to the Excellencies, my respected teachers and my dear friends. The topic of my speech is Environment. Environment is the surrounding in which we live. It is the source of life.

World Environment Day is celebrated every year on June 5. The United Nations was established in 1972 for the inauguration of Stockholm Conference on Human Environment.

World Environment Day (WED) is organized every year by a different city and is celebrated with an international exhibition through the week of June 5.

World Environment Day is used by the United Nations to encourage awareness of the environment and promote political attention and public action. In the first wed held in Stockholm, a large length was discussed for taking some action on the political, social and economic problems of the global environment for the first time.

World Environment Day is celebrated in many ways. Street rallies, parades, street plays create awareness about the world environment.

Competitions like poster competition, essay competition, poetry competition, slogan competition and debate in many cities are organized to further this event. The main purpose is always to connect people to the environment.

Hope u liked it - Thanks to All !

2-Speech on World Environment Day

First of all, I would like to thank all of you very heartily in this meeting. I welcome everyone to participate here. Today we are gathering here to celebrate World Environment Day. First of all, I am going to say something about World Environment Day.

World Environment Day is celebrated every year on June 5. Its aim is to increase global awareness of our environment. Do you know when World Environment Day has started? In the year 1972, the United Nations Conference on Human Environment was held from June 5 to June 16. After that, on June 5 every year it has been hosted by different countries of the world with different themes.

This year the subject of World Environment Day is "Green Economy". Similarly, in 2011, the theme was "One-Nature in Your Service"; In 2010, it was "many species, a planet-a future". In 2009, the theme was "Your planet needs your help in tackling climate change."

Everyone knows the importance of our nature. It contains all the living creatures of the earth, which are mutually dependent on each other. But due to human pollution pollution many species are going extinct and the global climate is changing very fast. It is affecting our health and is going to give long-term impact on our future. We know that millions of people depend on the forest for their livelihood. Every creature is dependent on the tree. Only trees can make their own food. But, we are very degrading the forest.

In 2011, our country is a global host of World Environment Day. As I said, the theme of this year is "Green Economy", does anyone know what this 'Green Economy' is? "It is an economic development program where environmental risks are going to be reduced." Now, the economy is also considered as a component, eco systems. Businessmen think that the future of business depends on the green world. The profits and goodwill made by them are rediscovered.

I will not give it a long speech. I want to say one thing on this great day that try to plant trees as much as possible, because we are completely dependent on the tree. Try to plant at least one tree on any special occasion like your birthday, anniversary etc.

Finally, I want to thank all of you once again for honoring me as a guest in this prestigious meeting.
Thanks to all of you.

3-Speech on World Environment Day

Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen - Welcome to this celebration of World Environment Day! I am very pleased to have you here today. Warm welcome to colleagues and friends of the diplomatic community in Oslo.

We have gathered on the banks of the Acarcelava River. This river marked the border between Oslo's eastern end and the western end. Oslo's first mills and factories were located here. The river was contaminated by sewage and industrial wastes. Today we can swim here and take fish salmon.

River Gray is an excellent example of change in green. But not completely, as we will see soon. World Environment Day is the most important day of the United Nations to engage people to take action to protect the environment. This year's theme is Beat Plastic Pollution. India is a host country.

There are many functions around the world today. Marine litter is one of our biggest, fastest growing environmental problems. Under the consumer products, fishing nets and micro and nanoplast, all types of plastic waste are threatened with life in the sea. But also rivers and lakes

Rivers are the route for the paths ending in the ocean. Waste prevention and management are important to prevent leakage.

Those who manufacture, sell and use plastic products have a great responsibility.

My government takes action on these two areas. Yesterday, I have a follow-up meeting with festivals and football events such as take-off business and big event organizers.

I will encourage strong commitments from business to reduce unnecessary single-use plastic.

The "good" thing about plastic pollution is that each of us can make a part of our own. We can use less plastic, can throw less and clean more.

Nearly one lakh volunteers cleaned the shores of this spring along the Norwegian coast. This is a new record in the cleaning of the beach!

Cleaning of beach and river banks prevents marine litter from entering the sea, and breaks into micro plastics. Small tasks can have large consequences. Like the cleaning of the Akerselwa River today.

We are part of a mobilization worldwide against plastic pollution!

Thanks!
