Childhood is considered a golden period of somebody's life but it is not right for some children who struggle to fulfill their two ends in their childhood years. At a tender age, who is considered to be playing and going to school, they are forced to work in factories, industries, offices or domestic assistance. Child labor means employment in any work of children which inhibits their physical and mental development, deprives them of their basic educational and recreational needs. This is a stigma on our society and tells us about the inability of our society to provide a favorable environment for the development and development of children.

Before this, the children used to help their parents in agricultural practices like sowing, harvesting, harvesting and animal care etc. But industrialization and urbanization have encouraged child labor.
