World Health Day 2018 will be celebrated all over the world on April 7 Saturdays.

World Health Day is celebrated by people throughout the world on 7th April every year under the leadership of the World Health Organization, to attract attention of a large number of people towards the importance of global health. The World Health Assembly was held for the first time in the year 1948 by the WHO in Geneva, where on April 7 it was decided to celebrate World Health Day annually. It was first celebrated in the year 1950 as World Health Day in the whole world. Programs based on different types of special topics are organized by the WHO at international and national level.

This is an annual event being celebrated over the years to raise awareness of the health issues and the general public towards the problem. A special topic is chosen to take care of the health of the whole year and to celebrate the festival. World Health Day was one of the special topics of 1995, eradicating global polio eradication. Since then, most of the countries have been liberated from this deadly disease, whereas in other countries of the world its level of awareness has increased.

World Health Day targets all issues related to health on a global basis, for which various programs such as schools, colleges and other crowded places are organized by other related health organizations and various annual programs by the WHO. It is celebrated to remind people about the main health issues in the world as well as to remember the establishment of the World Health Organization. To show health issues on a global basis, the WHO working under the UN is a major health organization. Since its inception from various developed countries, it has raised many serious health issues, including leprosy, tuberculosis, polio, chicken pox and small mother. How is World Health Day celebrated?

World Health Day is celebrated globally by various government organizations, non-governmental, NGOs, by organizing programs related to people's health issues and awareness. Organizations participating on their activities and incentives through media reports through news, press releases, etc., put lights on them. With their pledge to help the health issues around the world, health authorities from different countries participate in the celebration.
