Traditionally, there are two answers to the problem of relations between the person and his society.

There is a social contract theory and the second is the biological theory that we have already discussed in detail. According to the social contract theory, society is the result of the agreement or contract entered by those who originally lived in pre-social status.

In this way society is created by humans and it is more real than its creation. On the other hand, according to biological theories, society is a biological.

Just as some parts of the animal body are functionally related and can not be different from the rest of the rest, in the same way, members of society work from one another and no one is in existence without society Could.

Therefore, society is more real than a person. The relationship between a person and society is not one side because these two principles are indicated.

Before we proceed to examine the true relationship between a person and a society, we can only see that a human can be called a social animal. The great Greek philosopher Aristotle says, "Man is a social animal, one who lives without society is either an animal or a god".

In fact, human beings are in need of nature and need, a social animal can not survive in the absence of human society. Society is mandatory for mankind.

Professor Park says, "Man is not born human, but to be human". Human nature is the result of social interaction in a cultural environment. Based on the three important bases described below, humans can be called a social animal.

1. Humans are social from nature

First of all, humans are a social animal by nature. The nature of a person is such that he can not afford to live alone. There is usually no person who develops in isolation.

The essential qualities of human nature such as the ability to gain knowledge, learning, asking and thinking, respecting, honoring, playing and working, helping and developing in a society like that. These capabilities are expressed through social interaction.

Human beings come into the world as a biological organism with animal needs. He is gradually molded socially and learns social ways to act and feel through society.

Mac Ever has cited three cases in which human infants were separated from all social relations to use social social nature, it proves that humans are a social animal by nature.

(i) Case of Kaspar Hauser

Kaspar Hosar, a young German boy, was born in 1911. After his birth, due to political conspiracies, he lived in isolation in the forest of Nuremberg until he reached the age of seventeen.

They were brought in 1928 and left in the German city. In his case it was found that at the age of seventeen he could rarely walk, "the child was the brain and could only distract some meaningless phrases.

He could not distinguish between inanimate objects and living beings. His brain development was found to be unusual. Despite his next education, he could not make himself an ordinary man.

(ii) Case of Amla and Kamala

Amla and Kamala, two Hindu children were taken by the wolf in India. He was found in wolf-dens in 1920, Kamala was eight years old-when he came to know that his brother Amla was only two years old. The death of a younger brother died within a few months.

But the caterpillars survived till 1929. Here the case-history was discovered in human traits, it could walk on the four feet as a wolf.

He did not learn any language. She was growing like a wolf. He was shy of other humans and was afraid of them. It was only after careful and sympathetic training that he could learn some basic social habits.

She had learned some simple speech, eating and dressing habits and so on. Kamala believed herself as a child of a wolf.

When he got it for the first time, there was a lack of human suicide. But the spirit of human suicide gradually emerged. Thus, Mac Ever says that the emergence of his personality was entirely dependent on his membership in society.

(iii) Anna's case

Anna, an illegal child, was born in a private nursing home in America. When only at the age of six months, he was separated from all types of human contract and he was kept in the room for a long time. It was discovered five years later in 1938. It was found that he could neither walk nor speak.

He was totally indifferent to the people around him. With the care of human society, Anna became more active, smiling and cheerful.

After a few months it was found that Anna can keep an apple in her hand, eat, drink fluid from glass and eat with a spoon.

Anna responded cautiously and he quickly became man-made. Anna's case shows that human nature only develops in humans when it is one of the many men sharing common people. "

The above cases prove that human is social by nature. Human nature only develops when he lives in society, only when he shares his partner's normal life. Thus no human can be developed normally in isolation.

2. Needs a man to be social

Secondly, humans are a social animal with their need. Man lives in society because necessity compels him. Many of their needs will remain dissatisfied if there is no cooperation with their partner. The basic needs of individuals like food, clothing and shelters can be fulfilled only by staying in the society and co-operating with others.

The child is brought into the care of his parents and learns lessons before citizenship in his company. He is completely dependent on society for his existence.

For example, if a newborn child is not protected by society, then he will not survive for a day. As long as he is not with the society, then no one can be human. In addition to meeting the basic needs of a person, human society satisfies its partners, dreams and aspirations with the solid support of their fellow beings.

In society, human beings can easily meet different needs like education, security, nature, comfort, opportunity, equipment etc.

Self-protection is desired by every human being, which is a necessity that society alone completes. Therefore, it is not due to its nature alone, but because of its needs, man lives in society and is considered as a social animal.

3. Society determines human personality

In the end, man lives in society for his mental, psychological and intellectual development. Society liberates our capacities and limits our approach, belief, morality and ideals. It preserves culture, customs, popularity, peacocks, norms, values, etc. and gives it generation to generations.

One of the important works of society is to preserve a social heritage which is closely related to humans. Social heritage helps in developing your personality in society.

There is no doubt that a person's personality can not be fully developed in the absence of social heritage. Thus society not only molds and directs human personality, but also determines personality of individuals. Personality, which is the total quality of the person's behavior, develops only in human society.

From the foregoing discussion it can be concluded that humans are a social animal. Individual and society are interrelated and mutually dependent.

Both are complementary and complementary to each other. The relationship between a person and society is not one-sided, both are necessary for understanding of both.

In the words of Mac Ever, "Nobody can really be a complete personalityist, any person can be a full socialist, because the person and the society are in the interest of each other and depend on one another."
