Rajendra Prasad is a great name in Indian history because he was the first President of independent India and served the country in a great way. He was also a freedom fighter and he was applied twice in jail, but he did not get the name that people like Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru got together. The people of India know the only thing about them that they were the first President of India.

He was born on 3 December 1884 in Bengal and was educated from the University of Calcutta. He became a lawyer by profession and earned a lot of good from it. But later, he decided to move towards India's freedom struggle and supported the Indian National Congress.

While supporting the Indian National Congress and Mahatma Gandhi, he was forced to jail twice. Once during the Salt Satyagraha and then during the Quit India movement.

He was elected as the first President of the Constituent Assembly of India, and when the Constituent Assembly of India was finished in 1950, he also served as the President of the country.

He was the only President of the country who had served as President for ten years or more. He was worthy to be president because he made many efforts to improve the educational system of India and asked the Nehru Government to make various efforts to bring the academic level of Indians.

He also became part of some literary works, and famous writers and literary greats appreciated some of his works. He died in 1963 at the age of 78, but by then he had achieved a lot in his life as well as for his fellow Indians.

These were some lines on India's first President Rajendra Prasad. He was a very calm person like Mahatma Gandhi, and he always followed the steps of Mahatma Gandhi. Although he has never been known all over the world as a freedom fighter, but he is certainly known as the first President of India, he became independent.
