Over the past few decades, we have seen changes in the information technology work from industrial work. Recently our country has been cured with economic depression. This depression was a "wake call" for many people, because they saw high-skilled professionals losing their jobs. Why, these educated people were losing their jobs? Did they break the rules, not get along with their owners, or loose their cold? No, they did not have the flexibility, versatility and cooperative skills in business for a changing economy. They were educated at a time when liberal arts education, and personal work skills were taught in colleges. Layoff was also a reason for globalization of the economy. Cheap labor can be found in other countries, resulting in huge deductions for the closure of US factories or for workers. Corporate Downsizing, Atomic and Population Populations have contributed to this change in the type of work available (Reefkin 177). Since most Americans used their line of work in the same economic bracket, the actual competitive position of a worker in the world economy depends on what type of job they have (Jacobus 253). Making the key to demanding workers from businesses today is education.

Today in aviation and other workplaces, employers are not only looking for high skilled workers, but also for flexible people, work well with others and have a good problem solving skills. To prepare the students for the needs of employers in the information technology technology, the colleges will have to implement a new teaching approach and now have to provide special degrees. A worker should be flexible to be able to change and grow with the economy and the need of the employer is very important in today's job market. "With corporate downsizing and reorganization being so prevalent, employers are demanding more employees, they should be more versatile and multi-task oriented (Schmiedl 29)." Employees should be able to move from one job to another , And learn new tasks quickly. The more education they have to adapt to these changes (Carnoy 123), the easier it is. Continuous education is also more prevalent for today's workers. To remain at the top of their fields in knowledge and technology, employees should continually make their education (Schmiedl 29) dating.

Flexibility also deals with the skill of working well with others. To listen and talk with others in your profession, you must have a flexible or open mind for their opinions, thoughts and insights. Being interacting with other employees and being a "people person" cooperative skills apply. These cooperative skills can fully benefit the company, such as Nobel Prize winner James Watson said, "Nothing is new, which is really interesting (QT in Johnson 26)." These cooperative skills are taught once for management, now employees should be integrated because many management positions have been abolished. Workers should now have a "management mindset" so that they can live in coexistence and work together beneficially (Carnoy 123). Troubleshooting skills are also a requirement for the simplest of jobs. A higher order of problem solving skills is necessary for jobs of more advanced positions, such as aviation (pilot), and computer and other technical jobs. Having the ability to work through problems with positive end result can be a long and difficult task. Those who have problems in solving these problems, they can organize more learning, and help others succeed in solving problems (Carnoy 123). Group collaboration increases and speeds up time in which problems seem to be resolved. It creates an easier and more efficient approach to solving this problem.

As you can see the three main qualities of flexibility, are working well with others and problem-solving is closely linked. Workers should be flexible to work well with others, who have better problems in solving skills. Only one of these properties disappears, the ability of an employee to become productive employee decreases, which the employer is looking for. These skills are not built-in and difficult to learn. That is why they should be implemented soon in college.

Over the years, colleges have overlooked the powers and achievements of the teamwork which could not put it out (Johnson 26). The problem lies within the faculty itself. This is his job to implement and work for cooperative education in classes. This is not an easy task, this is the reason why many professors have chosen the option of adhesion with lectures. Lauren Walker, president of Business Learning Strategies Inc. says, "Every time I am in school or I take part in training seminars, I know that passive students are expected. Most of the time students sit, Lectures (27). "It is very easy to experience learning instead of answering students. "Cooperative education is the heart of problem-based education (Johnson 26)." The group's work allows students to network their thoughts and ideas, which can be expanded into groups. They inspire each other by sharing their thoughts and conclusions. Flexible GR! The oup who works together can find solutions to problems quickly and efficiently, which is important in today's workplaces.

Specific degrees and education provide the students with the necessary expert skills in today's top jobs. Businesses and companies do not want people with general liberal arts degrees, they want experts in their field. A pilot needs special skills to fly an airplane, which he can not get through the degree of liberal arts. Employers are hiring only the best and best qualified pilots. This is true in all the jobs that require a college degree employer only the best.

Some people can argue that the group's work is not good because some people work and others have to reduce the easy way. This college can sometimes be true in classrooms, but in the work environment, it is rare. Professionals are not taking the load for the whole group, and likewise most responsible adults will not let others do all the work. Professional adults do not have enough time to not share their colleagues with work, they will talk to the owner and take action. To combat these problems in the colleges, professors have to set parameters for the group: Professor should ensure that the student knows that he is associated with others in the group, so that he can not succeed That other people do not do this. Although the individual responsibility will be tested by the group's testing and the teacher observation. Professor will teach students to communicate with each other socially. Students will have to help others, contribute their ideas and offer supporters! Advice advice. Reading the group to join group processing is finally and very important. This practice will help students find ways to improve their group's efforts (Johnson 26). During college, these groups are being taught the problem solving skills to better prepare students for the type of work they do in the workplace.

To become the starting point college to prepare workers for information technology technology. College teachers educate teachers and college professors. The sooner you start using college cooperative education, the sooner it will roam in primary and secondary schools. In this way, a part of the students remains cooperative before learning, so they will soon adjust to its style. Now to cooperate with the college professors to learn the flexibility and work well with others, now cooperative education has to be implemented. This change is not only essential for the success of workers but for the entire economy. With these skills, workers get serious injuries in getting jobs and keeping them.
