1-Speech on Child Labour

Good morning to the respected Principal sir, sir, madam and my dear colleagues. My name is … I study in class … We have gathered here to celebrate this special occasion of … So, I would like to speech on child labour.

Child Labor is becoming a major social issue in India which should be resolved on a regular basis. It is not only the responsibility of the government, but it should also be reconciled by all social organizations, bosses and parents. This issue is for everyone, which should be solved individually because it can be with any child.

Child labor is very common due to severe poverty and poor school education in many developing countries. The high rate of child labor is still more than 50 percent, in which children aged 5 to 14 years are working in developing countries. The rate of child labor is highest in agriculture, which is seen mostly in rural and irregular urban economies, where most children are professionally engaged in agricultural work by their parents instead of playing with their friends and sending school .

The issue of child labor has become international now, because it has become a major obstacle in the development and development of the country. Healthy children have a bright future and power for any country, so child labor is harming, destroying and destroying the future of the country.

Thanks to All !

2-Speech on Child Labour

Your Majesty, Principal Sir, Sir, Madam, my senior friends and good friends. My name is ... I study in class ... I would like to give a speech on child labor on this occasion because it is one of the major issues interfering in the development and development of our country. I would like to say a great thank you to give a great opportunity to give a speech to my class teacher on this subject.

My dear friends, child labor is a global issue, it is not only the issue of our country, it is a global effort to get rid of it from society. It has affected the world, especially to developing countries, to a great extent. Children are included in a variety of labor on low payments; Bonded child labor is one of them. This is a very old system in India in which children are forced to work for long periods, or partly forced by the owner. In this system, especially the child or his parents have to agree to an agreement (verbal or written) with the creditor. It emerged during the colonial period in India to obtain reliable and cheap labor on the basis of a loan or land lease relationship. The law was passed in 1977 to prohibit bonded child labor in India. However, some evidence has given evidence of continued child labor in the country.

Child labor is a serious issue in the welfare of the society because children in labor can not get the necessary education at an early age. They leave the opportunity to be a well-developed (physical, mental, intellectual, social, psychological and financially) citizen of the nation. Their physical and mental condition decreases day by day so that they are vulnerable to various diseases. They remain an illiterate lifelong who limit their ability to contribute to the good of the country and themselves.

There is a need to make the businessmen and businessmen aware about all the bad effects of child labor on the development of the country. Everyone should understand that education is the only tool to improve the skills required among children, which will help in enhancing the productivity of the nation and the nation through secure high-skilled jobs in the future. To remove this social issue, there needs to be some effective and positive steps taken by the end of all the Indian citizens, especially the educated youth of the country.

Thank you

3-Speech on Child Labour

Good morning to the respected Principal sir, sir, madam and my dear colleagues. My name is … I study in class … We have gathered here to celebrate this special occasion of … So, I would like to speech on child labour

Child Labor - A Real Abuse for Humanity
Child labor is a crime against humanity. Humanity is at stake here. There is still a lot of work to do, but I will see the end of child labor in my lifetime.

Child Labor means employment of children below the age of 14 years in the industries. However, child labor is considered illegal. But still, many children are going for child labor.

Child labor is actually shameful for humanity. It is a crime against humanity and truth. Sometimes, we can say that child labor is defined as the work that leads to the decline of the country. Children are the future of any country.

The main reason behind child labor is poverty, so poverty should be controlled to prevent child labor. Another reason behind child labor is the unemployment of people. People's unemployment compels them to send their wards for labor. To prevent child labor, awareness will be spread everywhere.

Thnaks To All

4-Speech on Child Labour

Honorable principals, Sir, Madam and my dear companions good morning My name is ... I read in class ... we have gathered here to celebrate this special occasion ... Therefore, I want to give a speech on child labor, a big social issue, which is the development of the country and Interferes in development. First of all I would like to thank my class teacher that they gave me such a good opportunity to give a speech.

My dear friends, Child labor has been a major social issue which inhibits the development of the country to a great extent. As we all know that children become the future of the nation, people are using child labor only for their small benefits. Why do not they see with our eyes, why do not they let young children live their lovely childhood? Why do they keep small children away from their education rights. Some industrialists and businessmen include children in some kind of employment in very low cost labor. They do this only for their greed to get skilled work at low cost of labor.

Child labor withdraws small children from their sweet and memorable childhood. It interferes in their regular schooling because it disturbs them mentally, physically, socially and morally. It is also very dangerous and harmful disease for the children as well as for the country. Despite various strict rules and regulations around the world, this exploitative practice continues by various international organizations, which prohibits child labor. This social issue has been going on in society for many years since ancient times, which has greatly influenced development.

Most children are involved in child labor in areas such as agriculture, factories, home-based assembly operations, mining, production and other services. Some of them have to work with night shift or time because of the need for more work and earn some more money to improve the financial condition of their family. The normal routine of his work goes up to 12 hours, for which he gets a small amount. The most important and primary cause of child labor is very low family income, unavailability of schools with proper facilities for poor children and illiteracy amongst poor parents.

This issue has spread like a virus due to high poverty, poor school education opportunities, high population rate, lack of adult displacement etc. in developing countries, the highest incidence of child labor was in sub-Saharan Africa in 2010. According to this, more than 50% of children in Africa (5-14 years of age) were working. Worldwide agricultural sector has been the largest employer of child labor for years. A large percentage of child labor is found in rural settings and informal urban economy, where children are employed forcibly by their employer or parent. According to World Bank statistics, there has been some reduction in child labor incidents across the world (25% in 1960, though by 2003 it was reduced to 10%).

My dear friends, we should be aware of this problem in detail and should take some positive steps to remove this issue from society. Being a youth of the country, we are highly responsible for the development and development of the country, so we should work positively in areas that intervene to move forward.

Thank you

6-Speech on Child Labour

Good morning to principal sir, sir, madam, my seniors and dear friends My name is ... I study in class ... On this incident, I would like to give a speech on child labor, its causes and steps taken by the government to remove this social issue from society. I am so grateful to my class teacher that he gave me a great opportunity to give a speech on this subject.

In child labor society, there is a wrong practice going on for years from ancient times. This is not only a national issue but it is a global issue. To achieve skilled work by child laborers, industrialists, businessmen, etc., there is the work of involving children in some types of labor at very low cost, generally they include children in economic activity on a part-time basis. At some places the children work to get more financial help without any leave, with all night and time. Child labor hinders children's physical and mental development. It has deep rooted society in society due to poverty, shelter and lack of food, lack of facilities for poor people, lack of education, a big gap between rich and poor, informal economy growth etc.

According to the National Census of India, the number of child labor (age of 4-15 years) in 1998 was approximately 12.6 million, between 2009-2010 it was approximately 4.98 million (5-14 years of age) and in 2011 it was 4.35 was. Million (5-14 years of age). Here we see that child labor is going down year after year, but the question is why we are not able to finish it completely despite being in an advanced era? Why is it slowing down very slowly, and has not yet ended? I think the main reason behind this; People have not yet developed their mind level positively. Still, the dictatorship of rich people is the existence of poor people in the society. There is a big gap between rich and poor; Well developed people do not have the ability to accept equality in society.

Indian law has specified nearly 64 industries as dangerous, in which employment of children is considered a criminal offense. About 120,000 children in the country were involved in dangerous jobs in 2001. The Constitution of India has prohibited employment of children in hazardous industries, but not in non-hazardous industries. According to UNICEF, it is estimated that there are the highest number of child labor in India (less than 14 years) in the world. According to the International Labor Organization, nearly 60% of all child labor is involved in agriculture, while 70% by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization.

Child labor in hazardous industries is prohibited by Article 24 of the Constitution of India. To prevent child labor in India, various law and work of the Indian Penal Code (like Child Justice-2000, Child Labor (Prohibition and Elimination) Act-1983, 19866 etc.) are working in the field.

Thank you

7-Speech on Child Labour

Honorable principals, Sir, Madam and my dear companions good morning to all. My name is ... I read in class ... we have gathered here to celebrate this special occasion ... Therefore, I want to give a speech on child labor,

Child Labor is a practice in India where children are involved in economic activities on a part-time or full-time basis. This practice deprives children from their childhood, and is harmful to their physical and mental development. Poverty, lack of good schools and the development of informal economy are considered important causes of child labor in India. India's 2001 census estimates that the total number of child labor is 5 to 14 years of age 12.6 million.

Traditionally, child labor is defined as a child of 5 to 14 years of age, who is doing labor, either paid or unpaid. Term child labor is usually used by children to refer to any work that inhibits education opportunities and essential entertainment for their full physical development. Despite many efforts to eradicate child labor, the situation still remains serious.

The Child Labor (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986 Act prohibits the employment of children in certain specified hazardous occupations and controls the working conditions in those jobs which allow it, and give more emphasis on health and safety standards. .

National Child Labor Policy:

National Child Labor Projects (NCLP) was first introduced in 1988 in areas of high concentration of child labor. NCLPs are region-specific; Scheduled projects where priority of return and rehabilitation of children engaged in hazardous employment is given priority. The main objective of the National Child Labor Project (NCLP) is to eliminate the prevalence of child labor in this country.

The components of running NCLP are:

I. The enforcement of Child Labor (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986, Factories Act, 1948, Khan Act, 1952 and other such works within the project area.

ii. Coverage of the families of child labor under income under the aegis of anti-poverty programs / employment generation programs.

iii. Formal and non-formal education for child labor in hazardous employment In addition, a step-by-step program of adult education (including non-formal education) of parents of working parents.

iv. With the provision of vocational education / training in such special schools, establishment of special schools for child labor, supplementary nutrition, and children extracted from prohibited employment and stipend for the health of all children participating in such special schools.

v. To create awareness among different target groups in the society through government and non-governmental organizations to increase their consciousness on the issue of child labor.

vi. Surveying child labor in project areas and evaluating project progress from time to time.

My dear friends, we should be aware of this problem in detail and should take some positive steps to remove this issue from society. Being a youth of the country, we are highly responsible for the development and development of the country, so we should work positively in areas that intervene to move forward.

Thanks To All !

8-Speech on Child Labour

Best wishes to your Majesty, Honorable Principal Sir, Sir, Madam, my superiors and dear colleagues My name is ... I read in class ... Today we are here to celebrate this occasion, I would like to give a speech on child labor. I am so grateful to my class teacher that he gave me a great opportunity to give a speech on this subject.

My dear friends, I feel very proud to be a citizen of India, though on the other hand, it is a shame to me that our country is home to the largest child labor in the world. This is due to some greedy and clever Indian citizens, who include young children in low labor cost for their benefit. They never think of the development of their country; They are very selfish and only want their benefits. Most of the child labor is found in rural areas in rural areas and in the urban areas in the mining industry, ji, embroidery industry etc.

Some of the main causes of child labor are poverty, lack of infrastructure for all, lack of social security etc. There is a big gap between rich and poor people of the society, limited to infrastructure, and there is huge level of inequality. Such social issues affect the children of the society (especially poor children) more than other age groups.

Due to poor condition and lack of knowledge, poor children are ready to work hard to pay a little, where they are used as domestic workers in urban areas. This situation of child labor is almost similar to the situation of slavery. Most parents give birth to their children only to earn money and to strengthen their financial condition. They include domestic children as their support. We usually see children working in tea stalls, dhabas, restaurants, hotels and other hazardous occupations.

It has been observed that children involved in child labor are usually from schedule tribes, scheduled castes, OBCs and Muslim children. This means, the big reason for child labor in India is racism (poor people of low caste) also. In such an advanced era, its existence is due to incomplete laws, poor administrative system, lack of political will to completely eliminate it and huge benefits to employers.

Bonded child labor is also a type of child labor that is usually found in the informal area. In this, poor children become bonded to work for the employer against the debt, inheritance or social obligation for the family. We can call bonded wages a form of slavery. Bonded child laborers are more victims of physical and sexual abuse and any kind of negligence causes death. They become psychologically and mentally ill, and they have no other option to survive. As a youth of the country, we should understand our responsibility towards the nation and take some positive steps to end this social issue.

Thank you

9-Speech on Child Labour

Good morning everyone I am going to expand on 'Child Labor'. Child labor is the worst sin in our society. In spite of so many laws to protect child safety, security and welfare, the problem of child labor remains in all parts of India. The adverse effects of this problem only affect the development and development of children, but also affect the progress of our nation.

Millions of children under the age of 14 are working in factories, shops, glass-blowing industries, workshops are among the most pathetic and unhealthy working conditions. According to the census data, there are more than 82 million child laborers (5 to 14 years of age) in India. Our country needs more skilled manpower to achieve the objectives of development, development and advancement. Such a large number of children are employed without any education, monthly jobs, how can India achieve its goals? Unless these children are educated and trained, how will there be skilled manpower in India?

Government of India should take some active steps to prevent this problem of child labor and ensure education for them. There are, of course, many laws against child labor, although their poor implementation is responsible for the continuation of the problem. The government should work hard and people and non-profit organizations should be involved in preventing the problem in the country. There is only one remedy which can check this social evil; And this measure is hardness. As long as the government deals with criminals at the hands of iron, this problem is going to spoil the lives of millions of children.

Thanks To All !

10-Speech on Child Labour

Best wishes to your Majesty, Honorable Principal Sir, Sir, Madam, my superiors and dear colleagues My name is ... I read in class ... Today we are here to celebrate this occasion, I would like to give a speech on child labor. I am so grateful to my class teacher that he gave me a great opportunity to give a speech on this subject.

Child labor is a type of crime in which children are forced to participate in economic activities to work at a very young age and to handle their responsibilities like adults. According to the International Labor Organization (ILO), there is an age limit for children that children up to 15 years of age will not be involved in any kind of labor. It is a child employment in any type of job that deprives children of childhood, adequate education, physical, mental and social well-being. It is totally prohibited in some countries, but in most countries it is an issue of international concern because it destroys the future of children to a great extent.

This is a serious issue (a major social problem) in most developing countries. Children of small age group participate in the work of children on a large scale. They avoid the fact that children are the great hope and future of the nation. In our country millions of children are deprived of childhood and adequate education, which is a dangerous sign. These children do not have the chance to live a healthy life because they are not satisfied physically, mentally and socially since childhood.

Under Indian law, children below the age of 14 years can not be used for any kind of forced labor, whether in a factory, office or restaurant by parents or owners. It is a common practice in India as well as in other developing countries, in a small industry, domestic help, restaurant service, stone breaking, shop assistant, all domestic industries, binding, etc.

What are the causes of child labor?

There are many reasons for working children in our country. Some reasons for the work of children in the world are similar but different from country to country. The most common cause is poverty, oppression of child rights, inadequate education, limited rules on children's work, and laws etc.

Some important points about the causes of child labor are as follows:

  • The high rate of poverty and unemployment in the developing world is the main reason for the children's work.
  • According to United Nations Statistics of 2005, more than a quarter people in the world live in extreme poverty.
  • Lack of access to regular education in many countries In 2006, approximately 75 million children left the school.
  • Violation of child labor laws opens the way for increasing the work of children in all developing countries.
  • Inadequate social control gives birth to children's work in agriculture or domestic work.
  • Limited rights of children or laborers who greatly affect job and standard of living standards to eliminate the work of children.
  • Young children get involved in children's work so that they can double their family income.
  • They are hired by the industries to get more work on the reduced workforce costs.

Thank You !
