Gangtok is the capital of Sikkim, which is located at an altitude of 1,650 meters in the lap of the Himalayas and is the center of tourism industry of Sikkim. Summer and Spring are the two main tourist points in Gangtok, the main base point for trekking, mountaineering, river rafting and other activities of Sikkim tourism.
