We live in the age of mechanics. Technology now supreme in civil society. Through the use of technical skills, man has mastered the power of nature to a great extent. The day is not too far when computers and even robots will rule on the field of work.

Under circumstances, technical education is necessary to run our factories and the field of production. It is also financially advisable. There are some houses in an Indian city that are no longer directly or indirectly dependent on machinery. Manual labor is being acquired by steam, gas and electric power. The powerful forces of nature are being used to cater to the wishes of human beings. We are ready by machinery; Transportation by machinery; Published by Machinery; Our very catering and entertainment service is being done with the help of radio, TV and cinemas and internet systems. Every home has to depend on electricity; Each office is equipped with telephone and dictaphone and teleprinter, and all types of computing machines. Even sports grounds have electric scoreboards and timekeepers. And this mechanization of life will increase and expand because the day will run.

So we have to be mechanics and technicians to manage them, and to build them, we have to build heavy industries. The need for industrial education in our country is no longer a matter of debate. Today, we are eager to take our place along the vast power operated machines.

But in order to increase the progress and develop efficiency, we have to change our education system. Our courses of study should provide a large space for technical subjects. Now schools are being opened for them; Old schools should be forced to change their bias. Higher emphasis on language and literature should be changed by emphasizing science; The basis of technical education for science is the basis.

It is good that the government is sponsoring multi-purpose schools. The right kind of students can go for technical training. The secondary boards and councils have opened separate business streams and disciplines for this purpose; They are adjusting their curriculum at the end. But this is a process which requires crores rupees. The state is against financial difficulties. Industrialists can be forced to retain business and technical schools associated with their firms or workshops. The beginning of the engineering colleges affiliated to industrial centers such as Durgapur has begun. In these and related concerns students of schools can be quickly absorbed. If these new schools change technicians, the growing industry in the country will not suffer from the desire of technical manpower. It will be a practical way to remove unemployment and bring prosperity to economics. It is worth noting that after the United States and Russia, the largest number of technicians in India.

It is definitely a good sign that the Indian government maintains IIT, that is, the technology industry in six different centers. More and more students are being sent abroad for special training is not available here. Research laboratories and institutes are located in different parts of the country. The Government is also helping in expansion of existing technical facilities in universities and engineering colleges. There are also specialized technical institutes like jute, glass, ceramics, etc. in the industries. These will be incomparable value for future development of our country.

It has been argued that there is a lack of human impact on literary education in technical education. These are old ideas. The important thing is that in the sense that the mind is taught and received. The way to provide generous ideas is to change. The technical college is also a subject of teaching humanities or grain orientation.
