But because of lack of confidence there, he continued working for the helper for a month. After some confidence came, he was employed as a craftsman in the same company.
After the helper's 60 rupees job, when he became Kargir, he first saw a note of 100 rupees.
After that his younger brother Sagar came to Mumbai. After coming to Mumbai, one of his sisters died due to the disease. It had a deep impact on the young imagination.

The Semitic Tuvus Company was going through very bad times at that time. Because of such troubles, he was about to close soon. Seeing the employees working in the Semi Tubes, Kalpana offered to handle the company.
It was a very big risk decision. Despite not having any experience of running the engineering company, they raised this risk, and today "Kamani Tubes" has become a major fast growing company of almost 100 million dollars.
A girl coming from a small house without any education or degree, real estate and engineering is gaining new ground in a big business, it is a matter of pride for all of us. For this work of Kalpana, he has been awarded many awards.
