Dadabhai Naoroji is known as a great man of Indian history. He was a Parsi intellectual, a teacher, a cotton businessman as well as a great political leader of the Indian Independence Campaign.

Naoroji was born in Mumbai and studied at Elphinstone College. Appreciating his skill, Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad III of Baroda made him the diwan of his empire in 1874. Naoroji obeyed every single order given by the Maharaja and because of this, he pursued the Rahimumai Maidyasnay ​​Sabha (which was the guide to the Maiday's path) on August 1, 1851, and jumped to restore the religious religion. In 1854, he discovered a publication to easily understand this community, so that he could easily remain in the public. In 1855, he was appointed as a professor of mathematics at elphinstone college, at that time he was the first person to get such an academic status. In 1855 he traveled to London with the desire to become a partner of Cama & Company, and also became the first Indian company to be established in Britain. But within 3 years, Naoroji resigned. In 1859, he established himself a cotton trading company, which later became known as Dadabhai Naoroji and Company, he became the first Professor in Gujarat of the University of London.

In 1867, Dadabhai Naoroji helped in the establishment of the East India Association, which was the main body of the Indian National Congress, whose main purpose was to keep the power of Indians in front of the British. Later, the Athenological Society of London called it a publicity organization and tried to show the dehumanization of Indians in 1866. This institution later got the support of the famous European logo and later began to leave its impact on the British Parliament in the East India Association. In 1874, he became the prime minister of Baroda and became a member of the Legislative Council of Mumbai from 1885 to 1888. He also became a member of the Indian National Association before the establishment of the Indian National Congress of Bombay by Sir Surendranath Banerjee in Calcutta. The Indian National Congress and the Indian National Association had one purpose. Together these two together formed the INC, in 1886, made Naroji the president of the Indian National Congress. In 1901, Nouroji published his book "Poverty and Un-British Rule in India".

From 1892 to 1895, the leader of the Liberal Party in the Parliament of the United Kingdom Building and British M.P.   • After completing his education, he was appointed as a teacher of mathematics at Elphinstone College, Bombay. He was the first Indian to receive the honor of being a teacher in this college.
  • In 1851, Dadabhai Naoroji started the Gujarati weekly 'Rath Gotat' (True News) to bring awareness on the social and political issues of the people.
  • In 1852, Dadabhai Naoroji and Nana Shankar Seth, both of them set forward and formed 'Bombay Association' organization in Bombay. For the happiness of the Hindu people, difficulties to be seen by the British government and the happiness of the public, the government should help with every thing in mind, it was the purpose of establishing this institution.

  • From 1865 to 1866, he also worked as a teacher of Gujarati language at University College, London.
  • In 1866 Dadabhai Naoroji established the organization named 'East India Association' during the time of living in England. It was the purpose of this institution by thinking about the economic problems of the Hindu people and making them favorable to the voters of England.
  • In 1874 he accepted the responsibility of the Munshi post of the Baroda Institute. His performance was memorable because of his great improvement. But due to the actions of the people of the court, Dadabhai Naoroji left the post of Munshi in a short time.
  • In 1875, he became a member of the Bombay Municipal Corporation.
