Hindi as the official language: In the constitution of India Hindi has been declared the official language of the Union (Article 343 (1)) in Devanag script. Hindi is counted in twenty-five languages ​​included in the eighth schedule of the Constitution of India. There is a system in the Indian constitution that the language of the central government's correspondence will be Hindi and English. It was considered that by 1965, Hindi would become the language of the work of the central government fully (according to the instructions as per Article 344 (2)) and in Article 351, the State Governments were free to operate the language in their preferred language. But after passing the Official Language Act (1963) it was arranged that the use of English for all government purposes should also be continued indefinitely, so even now in government documents, courts etc. English is used.
