Yoga is the art and science of a healthy life that focuses on creating a harmony between mind and body. The word 'yoga' is derived from Sanskrit root 'yu, which means' to join' or 'yoke' or 'to be united'. The practice of yoga leads to the union of personal consciousness with universal consciousness, which indicates a perfect harmony between the mind and body, the human and the nature.

According to modern scientists, everything in the universe is the expression of the same quantum sky.
