He had saved lakhs of rupees with the help of his stall and instead of going home, instead of going home, he took the biggest risk of his life and opened a shop near Vashi, which was named Dosa Plaza.
But in that they failed miserably and in three months they had to close their shop. But love teaches something different from these accidents that happen with you. He used his experiences in his own Chinese dosa, which started to be a great success.
Later, he got used to making dosa gradually and he started making new types of dosa, which included American Chopsy, Sejwan Dosa, Paneer Cheli, Spring Roll Dosa etc. He discovered the new lies in this kind of life. The people who started to like it quite a lot. There are 108 types of dosas in their menu, who have given love a different identity throughout Mumbai.
And after succeeding, another opportunity to move forward came in his life. Once, one of his clients offered him a small food store in a big mall in front of him. And at this time there was a desire to further love his business, he wanted to grow his business even more.
In his successful business, he wanted to give good service to the people as well as better food. They wanted to make their dice a different identity and wanted to create a different brand of their own.
Keeping this mediator, he made a different identity and made changes in his store's logo, menu cards, waiter dress etc.
This change in their business has made them more successful. And today there are about 26 shops of Dosa Plaza, of which 5 have bought the company itself.
About 150 people work and its annual turnover is around 50 million. All the shops in Dosa Plaza are connected to each other, which also has separate managers of each shop. In which they keep trying to give their customers good service and good food.
