Madhu says, "Wherever I went I did not get a job because I was from the lower class and apart from this I was rejected from many places because I did not have any reference and all were illiterate in my house."
Due to not getting a job, he started working with his brother in Hyderabad, where he used to work for Mistry. Cement, brick haul etc. were his work and apart from this, the wall was used to scratch. He used to get twenty rupees but he told someone that he gets 120 rupees for working in the night, so he also did the work of the readman.
