1. Speech on Generation Gap

Dear Society Members - As the Secretary of our Gokuldham Society, I welcome all of you to our club club house meeting!

First of all, a very good evening for all of you! Today, besides discussing day-to-day issues, I have also prepared a speech at the interval of generation, which I am going to address now. As everyone knows, the tragic news recently became viral, which states that out of desperation, a young boy hit his father with such difficulty that he had to be admitted to the hospital. This news made me really difficult about what is happening to today's younger generation. Is it entirely their fault or is it a mistake of their parents that they failed to give good care to their children and never tried to understand their thinking process?

As parents ask themselves these relevant questions and try to bring a positive change in our society and try to come up with a way to think of our children. But at the same time, developing our ethical values and good ethical behavior in our children is very important. They should be taught from childhood that they respect their elders and give love to younger people. If we start keeping distance from our children both physically and emotionally, then their life will suffer from a great emotional loss and they will become insensitive towards all, especially the big ones.

Instead of making this gap broad and broad, we should try to bridge it because it is already so wide that young people and old people already live in two separate world without worrying about each other. If you want to overcome the distinction of this generation, as an elderly, we have to take a sympathetic approach to our youth or children and try to understand what they may like or dislike, their wishes and Aspirations Also, the youth should feel that they have no experience of life. Therefore, listening to the things of your elders and making them important becomes important. They have a wealth of experience that can benefit you and make your life better and worth living. The youth should patiently listen to their elders and seek their advice in every important decision of their life. If the youth disagree at any point, they can put their opinions in peace and respect.

In foreign countries like America and Europe, the difference in generation is so large that young and old people do not like being under a roof. Young people begin to lead their lives independently, the moment they start earning. Likewise, old people also live separately in their homes, in the old age homes or in pensioner homes. Therefore, this generation gap leads to breakdown of joint families and homes.

We should try not to bring this situation where the Indian families live under a roof and refuse to separate. Provide good values to our younger generation so that they do not move away from their roots and remain frozen. Thats all I can say!

Thanks a lot for listening to me!

2. Speech on Generation Gap

Dear Parents - welcome to the PTM meeting! Congratulations to everyone!

As a Principal of this school, I feel responsible for these children and I am making my sincere efforts to improve their future. Apart from their education, I want to ensure an all-round development of their personality so that they grow into mature individuals who can keep their moral values intact and can never divorce them.

So this step, i.e. organizing an interactive session between parents and teachers, is a step towards achieving this goal. No parent or teacher would want their children to disrespect them or develop a spirit of separation. However, whether we believe or not, the phenomenon called the Generation Gap is a universal phenomenon, and almost every family around the world is getting somehow in some way.

Despite the fact that parents and children are living under one roof - they are not sharing a great communication level. Either there is very little or no conversation. For that matter children and their parents or the elderly have their own way of living. Children find their parents to impose, dominate and preach, whereas parents find their children very stubborn, impatient and violent. How can relationships be facilitated in such a situation? Or, how many foundations can be strengthened on the families which have been formed, if the gap of the wider generation will continue?

Many incidents of Child Abuse or violent day-to-day children appear and they do not hesitate to retaliate against their elders. These days, many reports come in such times where a son kills his father for property or a daughter commits suicide, etc. These horrific news actually reflects our society and gives a strong signal that our Where is the society or the next generation going? As mature, big people, we should try to make a difference in our society, and this change can only be brought in a big way, if we start changing the mentality of our families and the youth living around us.

As elders, we should not always be harsh towards our children and should try to understand their attitude too. Their process of thinking will be different, but will not be wrong at all times. We can all act as friends, guide and mentor instead of being strictly treated with them as their parents. We should try to become part of their small world which they make for themselves and try to know about their desires and wishes. If we take a step towards understanding them, then I am sure they will take one more step to bridge this gap. In this way, we can make a positive change in our society and can effectively transmit our energy in the right direction. The actual meaning of the Generation Gap is a high level of inconsistency between the new and the older generation. Respecting and understanding each other's opinions is the responsibility of both generations. Only then can this trench be filled and peace and harmony can be restored.

Thanks!

3. Speech on Generation Gap

Dear students - I hope you enjoyed your summer camp. Our students are very happy to hear that the summer camp organized by us was full of excitement for them and everyone got to learn a lot. Now, welcome back to your class and your studies!

As a teacher of your class, if I want to share my experience with you, then I would say that this was a mixed experience for me. New places, new activities, new vibe to imbib, etc. gave rich experience. However, friction between teachers and students came at the forefront at some levels. Although your class is known for higher secondary classes and we share a great understanding level with all of you teachers, the compatibility element was missing, which I firmly after leaving you with all of the school borders had felt.

So today, I will start your regular course work, I would like to give a brief speech on the Generation Gap. This is a very important issue because I feel that difference to many students with respect to their teachers. I tell you the students that we understand your age and what you like or may be disliked. But do you ever try to mold yourself according to the people around you who are bigger than you? Probably not, is not it! It is important to respect the gap between that age and ultimately the generation gap, which happens naturally when people of different ages come together. Two people do not have to be with each other at all times, because they can try to learn each other's thoughts and ways to see things and eventually learn something from each other.

Everything that is old or last, is bad and whatever is modern, it is worth embracing. One should be sensible, who can make a clear distinction between the hugs that deserve to be deserved and which is desirable.

Generation gap is one thing that you can never escape because you will find people from different age groups and schools of ideas wherever you go. This difference is nothing but a conflict of ideas between people, who come from two different generations. In many cases, this conflict of ideas happens between the old and the old. Experienced or who you can call an old man based on your experiences, he gets a sensible perspective of life, which today's generation is thinking of old age.

On the contrary, today's generations who have no such experience of life, they act impatiently instead of their judgment or discretion and follow their tendency. If a family is traveling on a car then give me an example. The son who is young will drive faster because it will get stimulated. On the other hand, the father or grandfather would like to drive at a slow pace and at a reasonable speed because they would be more concerned about any accident on the road.

Therefore, this kind of difference will always be present in thinking among people of two different generations. This difference is seen in families and institutions where young and old people are in coexistence. The best way to handle such a situation is to be friendly and patient with the surrounding people and respect the difference in age. The elderly are mature and often adjustable, which can adapt themselves to the younger generation. When you become adult, I am sure that you will also experience change in your attitude and start respecting the way you think about your elders, or perhaps you will see things.

So make it easy and try to adjust yourself in every situation - it is the symptom of every great personality.

Thanks!

4. Speech on Generation Gap

Dear Friends - I warmly welcome all of you to this special gathering where people of all age groups can speak freely and share their life experiences with each other.

However, before we start our session, we welcome our very special guests tonight, that means Mrs. Sunita Kashyap, the social worker and the owner of a non-governmental organization. The wide gap between young and old, children and the elderly is affecting relationships between families and various institutions. This difference can occur in the context of the thought process, the way things are considered by different individuals, etc. Therefore, we are here to overcome this gap by removing this gap through dialogue and discussions.

Apart from this, I would like to give a speech on this topic to help sensitize people about the sensitivity of this issue. The gap between today's youth and old people is known as the difference of generation. While the youth is inexperienced, impatient and aggressive, on the other hand the elderly cultivate patience, discrimination and knowledge. They are found relatively quiet and work with caution. This incident of generation interval is not something new because it is much more than the eras.

Those who come from the old generation always see the younger generation with suspicion. They are not able to make a connection with the younger generation. They think their time was the best time because young people used to value their elders and were more obedient to them. There was a belief that dishonor of your elders would cause irreparable harm to the family. On the contrary, in today's times the youth believes that excessive dependence on their elders is dangerous and they should be self sufficient to do anything. Young people like to eat sperm by their elderly people in the family.

This difference between the new and the old generation has been increasing day by day due to various reasons. Primarily, today's youth think that the present education system has very little relevance in the real world. This is not the purpose of getting a job. The results come out that after finishing school, they realize that they are not worth any job. They become extremely disappointed.

Secondly, life has become so fast that parents have little time for their children. There is a lack of efforts towards developing understanding and affinity among young and old generations.

Thirdly, the youth make a difference to the fact that what is expected of them and what exactly is the reality of our country. Discussing dedication, duties, ethics etc. gives youth a great dilemma. Today's young people are not ready to accept blindly accept whatever they teach their elders. When youths know that corruption and politics have entered every sphere of life - they are full of hatred. They are always ready to fight against social and economic discrimination. So they want to seriously see a change in society.

And, I hope that the change brought by our young generation will be only for good and will probably try to remove corruption from every area of life.

Thanks!
