1. Speech on Youth

Dear Members of Our NGO - Wish you all the best! As you all know, our NGO works for the rehabilitation of our youth and helps them to give the right direction; It is thus important to understand why it is important to work in the direction of youth uplift and disseminate their energy in the right direction.

Before addressing the issues related to youth, first understand the rhetoric of our society. Every society is made up of people of different social, religious and cultural backgrounds, sections, age groups and values they maintain. Needless to say, every person plays a role in the society, who, with immediate effect, tolerates certain conclusions in the coming future. And, it is the responsibility of every citizen of our country that they work towards strengthening the basis of our society. According to allegory, every society is like a bundle of flowers, where it is important to be able to beautify the flower bouquets of flowers with the beauty of each flower. Each flower has a different fragrance, it has a different shape and color, but with each attribute, it helps to make the bouquet more bright and pleasant.

Similarly, like flowers, youth is a complex part of any society and they have an important role. Without any involvement of the young blood, no society is incomplete. In order to make the society progressive and dynamic, youth should be made an essential part of it. It is rightly said that "Today's youth is tomorrow's force, hope and leader" because they are the face of our community, society and the country at large level. Youngsters are the forerunners of change in society and can motivate our government or system to effectively discharge its role. But our youth have also got important responsibility for discharge. It is important for them to take lessons from the past, be cautious at present and hope to see a better future - a future which will be bright and more promising for the next generation.

Our youth have the duty to be real, honest and maintain good ethical values. He should work unknowingly for the development of our society and the country. The youth should apply their brain, creativity, power and skill to make a meaningful change in our society, and should be able to work it the best way. It is our young and only youth who can sow seeds of development and progress and can become the backbone of the nation so that the foundation of bright future can be laid on the basis of principles and ethics.

To take shape of all this, it is important that our youth first focus on their studies and educate themselves well because it is only education which will empower them and help them to build the future of our country. . In addition to intellectual studies, physical education is also necessary because they can not have sound brains without sound health. So if our youth is healthy, they can do their best to work for their country.

Thanks!

2. Speech on Youth

Honorable Chairman, members of the committee and my dear audiences - best of luck to all of you! I welcome everyone at the speech of our national campaign group.

I, Sanjay Khandelwal - our group's senior active member, is your host for today. Since I have been working for the upliftment of our youth for the last 10 years and actively associated with them, today's theme of my speech is only on the youth. Today the world has the largest population of youth in history and I highly hope in their ability to shape the future of their nation.

However, when I inspect the youth around to spend my time in unnecessary things, then I find a strong urge to improve their behavior and to use them wisely in my time. We all should understand the fact that today's youth is our only hope for tomorrow and we have a sense of responsibility towards them, that is, they guide them, nurture them and show them the right path. Our young generation is no less than the youth of foreign countries and there is tremendous potential for polishing our country globally. To keep the strong foundations of our country, they have the required courage, attitude, behavior, ability and knowledge.

I really believe that the progress and development of a nation and its bright future is possible only when our country is hardworking and progressive in the young ideologies. And if youths are given strong moral values, excellent education and gifts are given to them, then that nation can not stop them from reaching great heights of success. However, if he is very young and incompetent, then there is hardly any future left for that nation - because, it is always said that "strong buildings always have a strong foundation"

Our youth are at the forefront of innovation and transformation, and many of them have immense potential to do wonders. They just need to be given the right direction and the right opportunity to increase or demonstrate their potential. To fight various social evils of our society, many NGOs have many youth volunteers who are doing a great job. Similarly, in other areas, young blood and dynamic brains are needed to bring freshness to the world. Being a young means to have a huge potential, curiosity, endless possibilities, energy, creativity, courage and patience. It is filled with vibrancy and brings special happiness in life.

Therefore, today we have gathered to explore the different ways of exploiting young talent and to respect their skills to their optimum potential. We know that young people have the ability to explore unknown boundaries and give great innovation and artistic creations to the world. So let's recognize such talent and help them come forward and say the word of your heart so that no stone is left behind to realize its real potential.

Now, I will request my other group members to come forward and say a few words on this subject, which would be very important for all of us.

Thanks!

3. Speech on Youth

Dear Children - Congratulations to all of you! I hope every one of you is preparing hard for this board exam.

Because of my presence in your class, you may have all thought, but as your class teacher already informed you that the principal will pay a visit today, you will all be surprised. I'm not here to reprimand all of you, but to share some words of wisdom with you. Since this is your 12th class and after your board exams, you will bid for us, so I have considered this a suitable moment to exchange certain words that will be with you for a lifetime.

Obviously, you are young today and young of our nation. Youth is a fountain of exaggerations, energy and mobility. This is the youngest of our country, which is going to advance our country's legacy and it will help in achieving new heights of development and achievements. But if he becomes very young, then the fate of that country is set in darkness. Such a nation can not progress and it can face a very small decline, therefore it is very important to exploit the unbridled power of our youth and give it a right direction. By effectively transmitting this energy, any nation can achieve unlimited heights and gain praise in its own country.

And, since you are young today, as your master or teacher, we are responsible for shaping your future and giving you the right direction. However, we can only help you choose the right path and it is you and only you who will have to walk on that path. And, if you do not perform well at present, then it can have serious consequences in the near future.

So honestly, work towards shaping your future, make it bright and beautiful because it is your bright future which will pave the way for the future development of our nation. Your hard work of today will not be wasted and you will surely have to pay in the coming days. Nurture your youth with hard work, honesty and diligence. The challenges you face at this time will look small tomorrow and you will get better with the passing time. But it is extremely important that you are really serious about your goals, because on time you are growing up even with passing time. Should there be more wisdom and intelligence with increasing age? It is well said that time is money because whosoever knows to use prudently in a time, it actually goes very far in life and reaches the peak of success.

Therefore, my advice for today should never ruin your youth and should use its optimum potential. Whether you want to be in life - a doctor, engineer, teacher, sculptor, actor, etc.; You should always avoid doing your best to do anything.

I hope that you are related to what I am saying and will always remember my words. In the end, I just want to give you all the best wishes to all of you and just want to say that with every passing day make yourself better and never be discouraged with any obstruction in life - you face them boldly and wisely Please.

Thanks!

4. Speech on Youth

Good Evening Ladies and Gentleman - Welcome to the 99th Anniversary of our Jan Uplift Confong! Before I begin my speech on Youth for today, please allow me first to honor our guest, Mrs. Nirmala Pandey. He has been the General Secretary of the Youth Club for the past 20 years and has been actively involved in the rehabilitation camp of his club and it is also associated with our Jan Utthan Sammelan. His accomplishments in the field inspire people like us without any selfishness for the upliftment of our society and nation.

I would also like to thank the members of my team that they gave me this wonderful opportunity to stand in front of everyone and address this proper issue. I can not be seriously thrilled because I have not completed a month with the organization and the opportunity to host this event has come in my way.

First of all, ask yourself how often do we get an opportunity to be associated with something bigger? How often do we have the opportunity to look back, learn from our flaws and decide to move forward? Well, some opportunities remain for a lifetime.

Therefore, after joining this gathering, I personally experience a lot of thrill and joy after talking to hundreds and thousands of youth and listening to their agenda. In today's generation or present time the youth are growing in unsafe and unpredictable environments. On one hand, there is no shortage of opportunities, which, if seized at the right time, can bring a great change in people's lives; On the other hand, there are a lot of risks and challenges, which can weaken the ability of youth if not correctly addressed.

There are inconsistencies at many levels in terms of opportunities, power and wealth. Can you imagine that because of war and conflicts, around 65 million people were motivated to escape from their homes globally? This will create about 600 million new jobs for workers in the coming decade. There are harmful effects of environment and climate change, which the world needs to address immediately, otherwise the whole world will be in its fatal grip.

In our country of India, where we have such a large proportion of the young population, whose capacity can not be adequately exploited, it can badly affect our nation's development. So, if we can do anything in our capacity to exploit the potential of our youth and can ensure that their talents do not go waste - we will be able to give a great service to the nation.

Therefore, I inspire all the leaders to come together and empower our youth. I also ask all the youth to organize a group of their colleagues. It is the only treasure that is the blessing of our youth - that we can build a better world for every one of us.

Thanks!
