1-Speech on Life in a Big City

Good morning teacher and dear student - Welcome to our school's 25th anniversary, it is an honor that you will address every 25th year continuously!

While I'm excited to give a speech today, I am equally nervous and worried. I have been in this school for almost 22 years; At the time the school was just three years old. Over the years, I have seen many students who have studied from here, have passed out of our school and are living a respectable life. In these 22 years, I have seen this small town transformed into a big city and things have changed quite a bit. While the change has been a welcome move, most of the changes make me sad and unhappy.

While things are readily available in big cities, people hardly value things that are easily available. Besides, I remember that 22 years ago our school children were disciplined and obedient, but now children are ignorant and rude. They are growing up to be more knowledgeable, although due to the reach of various forms of knowledge such as television, mobile, laptops etc. these gadgets are equally harmful for small children. These sources of knowledge are doing less good to the children because they are away from books, magazines and newspapers.

Life in a big city is extremely attractive, although when you can spend your weekend in a mall, grand theater, disc and pub, these basic structures are also creating a big difference between the relationships. People do not spend time with each other; Instead of loving their loved ones and loved ones, they would prefer the situation of strangers on social media. Elderly parents sit alone at home and young people are more involved in posting emotional and philosophical dialogue.

I think, life in a big city is fake compared to natural and I moan the situation today because we are not even feeling that we are living an artificial life. Almost everyone in the big cities wants a luxurious life and in the desire of materialistic happiness, people ignore real happiness, which we see in almost every day in the form of rain, gentle breeze, sunshine, open sky, flowers blooming in parks . , And lots of. I also see that many factories have opened in big cities; This can be beneficial because you can easily get the goods at cheap prices; These factories are equally harmful for eco systems.

Friends, I am not against the life of the city, but I want to make you aware of all, especially young students to understand the professional and opposition of city life. You should understand the importance of your relations, your friends, teachers and elders. You should play a lot in the open field, run and breathe in the fresh air. Use gadgets only when necessary information gathering. Talk to everyone politely; Respect your elders and love your young ones, then only a big city will be worth living.

Thanks!

2-Speech on Life in a Big City

Respected Principal, honored teacher and my dear friend - First of all, welcome to our school's annual function!

As most of you know, I have come from a small town and I am very proud to have an opportunity to give a speech today.

When my father moved to this city, I was very excited because I always dreamed of living in a big city. It's been almost 6 months now and my thrill and excitement has completely cooled down.

Although life is more convenient in a big city, life here is somewhat artificial because the people here are far from nature. Due to the high buildings, people can rarely grow and see the sun or sunset overnight or open sky full of stars. However, I also get many benefits, as the transportation here is very easy. In my village, there was only one bus that ran between the village and the nearest city and it was only 6 o'clock in the morning. If you miss that bus, you will either have to arrange for your transportation or you will have to wait for 1 full day to catch that bus.

Here things are readily available, but people are always running here; Very few people are seen happy because they are always following some thing. People of the big city rarely enjoy life; They do not laugh loudly and they do not have time for each other. Despite waking up early in the morning, only a few stroll out, because most of them are busy living a mechanical life. Everyone wants to achieve success, but no one is enjoying small happiness in his life. They work day and night; Come back tired; Affected by their respective mobile or laptop, eat dinner and go to sleep.

Besides, pollution has submerged big cities and this is the biggest reason that the people here are unfit and unhealthy. Due to lack of time, people are mostly on unhealthy diet and are always in a hurry to swallow food. I am sad to see that young boys and girls rarely play in the park; They do not spend quality time with each other. I am now living in this city for about 6 months, but I have not been able to make any friends. I always go to the park in the evening and in the morning but I do not have many people in the park.

However, I miss a lot of my village, life is also attractive in a big city. The government is doing its best to make the city green and beautiful. We should rest our gadgets and start enjoying natural beauty for a healthy and meaningful life.

I love this school very much because I get support from the principal and teachers; I hope to make many friends soon so that I can play with them in the field, fall down and get up again and enjoy the full life of my life.

Thanks!

3-Speech on Life in a Big City

Good morning to all! Thanks for being here!

A beautiful city was born and raised in Dehradun, a comfortable life and a pleasant season, I had to go to Delhi to pursue my dream of entering this teaching profession. To live in a place surrounded by nature and then to go to a big city which is completely cut off from nature and busy life is very difficult. For some days I could not adjust under climatic conditions, but I could only keep myself here due to my passion for learning and my dream destination.

Students like you will understand my plight because people in big cities are often in a hurry for their work and can be judged by traffic jams in Delhi. You notice all your parents every morning, which is considered as the hour of crowd in every Indian house, they have no time to complete their breakfast with patience and peace. This is the main reason that during the holidays, people go to enjoy mountainous areas so that they can take leave from their busy schedules.

We all work like slaves with a monotonous lifestyle, which eventually makes us machines. People from small towns go to big cities for luxury, which are equally present in all metros. They are well-developed and enjoyable facilities and this is what attracts people from small towns. This can not be the only reason because there are people like me who want to follow their dreams and come here for better employment opportunities which are not found in small towns. The education system gives you ample opportunity at the primary and higher level.

Despite the loss, there are the characteristics of the life of the city, because there are people from every corner of the country, so that anyone can join and connect with their culture. You learn something new every day from your next door neighbor, who help you when you need it. But in smaller cities you have nature around you, which you can take with the freshness of air quality and no pollution.

The aspect of competition in big cities is a major issue as everyone is in the race to make their child as brilliant as possible, but, you will agree with me that they forget about their children's dreams in this rat race. Thus, the city's life has its own losses and advantages. It sustains many personal lives and provides a source of livelihood to many struggling people coming to big cities to make it big in life. Despite being related to different cultures and background, they provide something to every person. For many reasons, those who dislike big cities, they come closer to it.

Finally, you need to make the choice that what is right and wrong for your life. If you need to follow your dreams, you need to come to big cities and at least this has given me many opportunities in life, but I still can not forget my childhood days. But one day or the other needs to grow up and give direction to someone's life!

Thanks!

4-Speech on Life in a Big City

Respected Principal, Vice Principal, teachers and my dear friends - all of you are warmly welcome!

On the occasion of giving a speech to our school, I want to thank my teachers for choosing me to speak on a subject life in a big city. I believe that he chose me from class 12th class because I was the only person who was transferred to this school in class 12th. The reason for this is that my mother was shifted to Delhi from a small town called Cochin in Kerala, where I spent my entire childhood.

Experience of the big city like Delhi and the early stages were especially related to being South Indians and a Orthodox family. I should share my experiences with all of you, so that you can get information about how people who go to big cities from small places feel like they come here initially. Before going to Delhi, I had always feared that it was not able to "blend in" more about staying in India's capital and fashion hub. As you all know, Delhi and Mumbai are considered to be an important center of fashion designing and manufacturing in India, followed by Cochin in Bangalore, Hyderabad and other big cities.

Cochin, where I lived, is a city and port of Kerala state. The city's culture can be called mainly Indian. Although it hosted high profile fashion shows and people are now increasingly aware of fashion, moving away from traditional casual garments to western casual clothing, however, the city has not yet reached the total transformational level Most of the Keralites still live due to various traditional beliefs and values in North India.

The clothes of the people of Cochin are a proof of the simple lifestyle of the Malayali people - 'People of God's own country' So, in general, and what I believed that the girls of South-Indian city are not as stingy / stylish as their North Indian counterparts. That's why I had to make a plan to avoid getting the book smart, nehy and badly dressed.

Despite my preparations, when I entered this school for my admission, the first day seemed to me quite inadequate. I was desperate to get out of the small town grounds. The first thing I decided was that my long hair - my crown like it was said in Cochin because I thought it has given me a distinct South Indian look! While in Kochi, I never dared to think about it. To make myself a place for myself and to try to fit with friends, I have equipped myself with a more fashionable wardrobe with branded clothes and of course, a smart phone!

My own experience is a clear example of how people coming from small towns and states are influenced by the fashion lover Delhi culture and forgetting their traditional culture to try and fit in the mainstream society. This is big city for people like me. I have changed but to become a better personality and a positive person.

Thank you Delhi for making me a revenge person!
