Many homeowners decorate their houses for the preparation of the holiday and tell the children that they are participating and can ring bells for candy. In Austria, some people will leave the bread, water and a bright light on the table before the Halloween night is left over. There is a reason for this to happen to them, the reason for this is that it is believed that such objects will be welcomed back to Earth on one night of the dead souls.

The night of Halloween is to celebrate the candles in the memory of the departed relatives of Belgium. Belgian people do not open their doors to unknown people, including children, and they do not welcome anyone who "trick or threaten" and asks for candies. Because only "many people are welcomed to" trick or threat ", many children fight on the streets to steal candy from others during Halloween.
