Shrinathji is the incarnation of Lord Shri Krishna and that Lord Shrinathji is sitting in the incarnation of a small seven year old child. Lord Shrinthi's temple is situated in the city of Nathdwara in Rajasthan. This temple is located at a distance of 48 km northwest from Udaipur.

Lord Shrinathji is the chief deity of the Vaishnava sect and some people also know this sect by the name of the coronation path, the Vallabh sect and the pure dhyan and the caste was founded by Vallabhacharya.

The followers of Bhakti Yoga and Vaishnav chief of Gujarat and Rajasthan believe Shrinathji and worship him. Bhatia people are also big devotees of Shrinathji.

Vallabhacharya's son, Vithal Nathji, was a great devotee of Lord Shrinathji and used to serve and worship God in selfless form. In the city of Nathdhara he had carried the devotion of Shrinathji to the extremity.

Because of this, all the people of Nathdwara started doing so much devotion to Srinathji that after some time people started to know this city by name as Mr. Srinathji. Some people call this city the city of Bawa and Shrinathji Bawa.

In childhood, Lord Krishna was also called Devadman because he had raised the Govardhan mountain in his childhood, which Indradev could not even lift.

Vallabhacharya had given God the name of Gopal and the place where Lord is worshiped is called all Gopalpur to that place today. After that, Vithal Nathji gave God the name of Shrinathji. Yehapa Lord Shrinathji is worshiped eight times a day.

History of Shrinathaji Temple

The temple of Lord Shri Krishna is of Lord Shri Krishna and this temple is in Nathdwara, 48 km away from Udaipur.

This Shrinathji temple situated in Rajasthan is a statue of Lord Shri Krishna's black color and this idol of Lord Krishna is made of only one stone. In this temple, Lord Krishna appears to be carrying the mountain of Govardhan on one hand and blessing the devotees with the other hand.

There is a very old story related to this temple. Once during Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb's reign, the Lord was carrying Lord Krishna's statue out of Vrindavan so that the idol could be completely safe.

When the vehicle was carrying the statue, the place was also located on the way, in today's situation, the temple of God is in place.

When the idol was taking it from there, the vehicle suddenly stopped and was not even rocked from its place and all the wheels of that vehicle were stuck in the mud and were not taking the name out.

Then the priests who were with this idol thought that God does not want to go ahead and God wants to be established in this place.

That is why the statue of Lord Shri Krishna was established in Nathdwara and a large temple was built. Three entrances have been built to enter this temple. An entrance is made only for women, which is called sun pole. The priest of this temple changes the decorations and clothes of Lord Shrinathji every day.

Lord Shri Krishna is Lord of the entire world. Lord Shri Krishna appears to lift his left hand and his right hand is beneath which he is giving blessings to his devotees and their other arms are visible in the rear direction.

The idol of Lord Shri Nathji is very attractive and beautiful. All the servants of Shrinathaji temple say that the god of this temple is Lord Krishna and he calls them all Nakunja Nayak i.e. 'God of the whole world'

This is a form of God in which all goddesses go, so their devotees also call them Radhanathji (Lord of Radha).

Due to being a small child of God in this temple, devotees often bring things to play for the children of God, and they worship God during worship. Some devotees use silk-made animals, Gaia charlies, so some people also bring small sticks.

Art and Culture of Shrinathji Temple

In the art and culture of Hindu religion, devotees of Shrinathji have made a very important contribution. The contribution that he has made in the art of art is very important.

In it, clothes, papers and colors on the walls are used to make a very beautiful painting. Many pictures of Lord Shrinathji have been made in this same style. Nathdwara is considered to be the main center of this art.

Nathdwara has all the facilities to come to the temple. To get to Yahapur bus and private taxi is easily available.

Everything related to this temple looks unique. Initially this temple was in Vrindavan. But due to some reason this temple was brought to Nathdwara.

Usually in any temple, worship of God is done two times. Once performed in the morning and worshiped in the night for the second time. But this temple of Shri Nathji is different from other temples.

Why this temple of God is not once in the day, not twice and not even three times but eight times a day is worshiped.
