1-Speech on National Constitution Day

Respected principals, respected teachers, dear students, parents and all visitors - wish you all the best wishes!

First of all, I get an opportunity to welcome all of you at the 18th annual festival of your school. I am overwhelmed by the opportunity to speak on this day. Today I am going to talk about India's Constitution Day, which we celebrate every year on 26th November. I am sure that all of you know that India has its own constitution, but do you know how much freedom fighters had to struggle to get their constitution? Constitution Day is one of the most important days in India's history because on this day our nation got the official recognition of an independent nation.

The Constitution is the final law of our nation. It provides outlines and guidelines for political processes, principles and government's powers. It has 395 articles and 12 schedules and thus makes it the longest constitution in the world. India became an independent nation on August 15, 1947; Although its constitution was not until January 26, 1950. Dr. A committee headed by the BR. Ambedkar was formed which created the Constitution of India on November 26, 1949; It was implemented on January 26, 1950.

We all know that India faced various political and emotional problems after independence; Rehabilitation and rehabilitation of migrants from neighboring country Pakistan is the most important. To maintain law and order, enforce law equality on all and to emulate princely states were the major challenges at that time. The Constitution is a set of rules, laws and regulations that guide the administration of a country. Various freedom fighters were involved in making the Constitution and Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, Sarojini Naidu and Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru was the most notable figure. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar was the President and he led the draft of the formation and implementation of the Indian constitution and he is popularly known as the father of the Indian Constitution.

While constructing the Constitution, the Drafting Committee examined every issue in front of India during that period. During the formation of the Constitution and the various laws proposed by the British government during 19 9, 1919 and 1935, there were many meetings, 'The American Bill of Rights',' British Parliamentary System ',' Ireland's Social Directive policies' and others were studied. To take guidance; Some guidelines were also included in the Indian Constitution. Dr. Ambedkar ensured that with all other members of the committee, the Constitution of India highly valued equality. Article 14 guides the principles of equality and shows that no person is above the law and justice is in spite of the caste, gender, political situation of a person, finally, accepting the Indian Constitution on November 26, 1949. Taken and came the same. It came into effect on January 26, 1950.

The Constitution Day is a symbol of the true spirit of independent India and today we all make the resolution that we always respect the Constitution of our nation and India.

Thank you and Jai Hind!

2-Speech on National Constitution Day

Respected Principal, respected teacher, employee and my dear student,

Like every year, this year we have again gathered to celebrate India's Constitution Day. On behalf of the entire school administration, I want to welcome all of you to the program organized by our school students. Today I am overwhelmed by the excitement of each one of you.

The Constitution of India came into effect on January 26, 1950. Prior to the creation of the Constitution of India, the country followed the law and order as guided by the British. On January 26, 1950, the Constitution of India came into force; That is why this day has very important importance in Indian history. Constitution Day represents the pride of India as our independent nation and our independent nation reflects the true spirit of India. On this occasion, I would like to take the opportunity to speak a few lines about the constitution of India. The Indian constitution is the supreme power of India and even the Parliament of India does not have the power to override the Constitution.

Constitution Day is the day when our nation became independent of the British rule on 15th August, 1947, despite being a sovereign country in the real sense. Dr. A committee under Bhim Rao Ambedkar was formed and it took about 2 years 11 months. Committee to make a permanent and independent constitution for itself; The laws and orders of the nation were then functioning according to the laws made and executed by the British.

Therefore, after the various modifications, the Constitution of India was accepted and accepted on 26th November 1949 (known as the Constitution Day of India) and it was fully implemented on January 26, 1950 (Republic Day of India is referred to as). Dr. Rajendra Prasad became the first President of India and on this day he took oath; The President is the constitutional head of the administration of the Union. Our Constitution proposes a parliamentary type of government that has a federal structure and has different unitary characteristics.

One of the most important articles in the Indian constitution is Article 14 and it is given below that the state should not deny or deny any personal equality and fairness before the law and there should be equal protection of Indian laws within the Indian territory. Equality before law indicates that every person will be administered in a similar manner by law and no special benefit should be given to any person in rank, position or position. It also shows that no person is more than law and every person should be treated equally regardless of age, religion, race, gender, caste, political influence or birth place, prosperity, poverty etc. without discrimination.

Okay, a lot can be said about the Constitution of India, but I will keep my speech here with the hope that every one of you will maintain the importance of our Constitution, will keep our nation's constitution in all its states.

Thanks!

3-Speech on National Constitution Day

Respected Principal, Vice Principal, dear teacher and my dear students- hearty congratulations to all!

I have been given the opportunity to speak on Constitution Day as Shakti Sinha, a class teacher of the humanities section, which I think is a privilege. The Constitution Day is celebrated every year on 26th November and it is the day when our constitution was adopted in the year 1949 by the Constituent Assembly. The Constitution was formally implemented in the year 1950 on January 26th.

In India, the Constitution Day is also known as the literal day. This day Dr. Bhim Rao (B.R.) Ambedkar is celebrated to celebrate and honor those who were the founders of our Constitution. He drafted the Constitution with systematic research and analysis and this is the reason that our constitution is considered as the highest document of India. It was a passive message of future vision and peace and tranquility.

The Constitution of India teaches a special lesson. You all might be thinking that what is the text that is related to the Constitution, because it is just a legal document that every citizen of India will have to accept. The message contained in the constitution, is patience and unanimity. The Constituent Assembly drafted every policy keeping in mind each community in our country. They reached the decision with unanimous and equal consent. Each article mentioned in the Constitution was prepared to consider the development of society. You, as students should learn this quality of our Constitution creators who will help you all in your future efforts.

Constitution Day helps to ignite the lamp of knowledge in the new generation, which includes students like you who can understand the importance of Indian Constitution, respect it, and follow it religiously. It makes us connected to the present era when people forget about the importance of democracy. Celebrating the Constitution Day is one such way through which we can pay tribute to the father of all the Indian constitution and can spread his philosophy and ideas.

India was initially controlled by the regulation of princely states and it required a document, which outlined the political codes, rules, procedures, etc. of our country. There was also the need for a document that describes the fundamental rights and duties, citizens living in our country so that we can flourish and reach new heights in the overall development of the country.

Therefore, I want you to read our Constitution at least once in our life because it is well connected to every dimension and reflects the Indian nation. The Constitution is considered broad because it adjusts to our needs and priorities and we all should respect it in every possible way. An important factor that the makers have included in the Constitution is that every person is equal in law and that there is no discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, religion or language.

Thanks!

4-Speech on National Constitution Day

Honorable Deputy Principal, Dear Teacher and my dear students- I thank all of you for giving this excellent opportunity to give a speech on a very important subject which is the Constitution Day.

Being the Principal of this school, I take great pleasure to make you aware of this important topic. The Indian Constitution was adopted on November 26, 1949, which is considered to be an important milestone in the journey of being an independent, sovereign republic of the country. Constitution came into effect on 26 January 1950

Component assembly with the members of all communities reflects the diversity of our country. It took about two years for the constitution makers to develop a comprehensive constitution, which would reflect the development of our country. The Indian Constitution has proved to be the test of time as India has been a successful democracy, unlike many other countries which became independent at the same time, but struggling for a democratic system.

India's constitution is more than a group of articles and schedules. It is more than just setting up and establishing governance institutions for India. Instead, many political scientists and scholars refer to the constitution as a "transformative constitution", which basically means that it is embodied with vision and reflection of the future. To date, there is no need to completely replace an article; Rather, the law makes amendments only in articles, and this aspect proves that our constitution was prepared with proper analysis and examination. Full credit of drafting is a commendable leader Dr. Goes to BR Ambedkar, who is also considered the father of the Constitution of India. Its provisions are not only related to India, but for the fulfillment of social and economic justice for all citizens of India.

Let me tell you a wonderful fact about our Constitution which is this - you all know that India faced extraordinary challenges at the time of independence, in which it was involved in protecting the lives and welfare of the millions displaced by division. Between violence and uncertainty, the Constituent Assembly called for a constitution draft which was suitable for a country of exceptional diversity divided by language, race, caste and class. Facing this challenge, members of the Constituent Assembly received encouragement and inspiration from the experiences of many other nations.

An important lesson from our Constitution makers should be learned, which is making a very patient decision among the people of different communities. It was difficult to reach unanimous decision that would support every community of our nation. He completed the work well and on this aspect was emphasized by our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, in his very "inspirational speech" in 2018, that very year 2018.

Therefore, I feel happy today to speak on our Constitution, because it is unique due to differences of opinion and diversity, due to its commitment to acceptance of intellectual traditions and lessons from the world and employment, social welfare and uplift. . I hope that we all respect our constitution religiously, which is very important in today's time.

Thanks!
