Their abilities, knowledge and customer behavioral skills are beyond excellence and I know that the talent of Mr. Singh and our company's brand image will get a new success. Personally, Mr Singh is a charming personality and he likes to meet new people, talk to them.
He has achieved a Masters degree in Psychology, which is helping him to analyze new clients, understand their needs and offer tailor-made services. This is the secret of his success. 2-Welcome Speech for Boss
Hello Ladies and gentlemen,
It gives me great pleasure to welcome all of you to the 5th Annual General Meeting of ABC Travel Agency. Like every year, we will share our achievements and failures of the past year as well as shared plans for our employees in the near future along with business plans and opportunities for growth of our company for the next year.
By the way, I would like to share the most awaited news from the last 4 months. As you all know, Mr. XYZ, CEO of our company, suddenly resigned 4 months ago to his post due to a health emergency. Since then, this post was vacant as the board of directors was looking for an equally competent person to occupy the rank of CEO in our company. The good news is that the company has finally found its boss. Between your clapping and applause, I would like to welcome Mr. D, the new owner of ABC Ltd, one of Mr D Board of Directors and 50% shareholders in this organization. He is also one of the founders of ABC Limited and thus he knows and knows about the company.
On the qualification front, Mr. DIIM is a passport from Ahmedabad and Roorkee is an IIT engineer from UP. He is a fantastic student on the academic front. After completing his studies, he joined LMN Tours & Travels as a Senior Manager, Operations. In his 10 year career in LMN, Mr. D went in many promotions and career development opportunities. He resigned from the company as director in search of better development opportunities and joined hands with us in this way.
On the personal front, Mr. D is a fondant and reader. He has traveled most of India and Asia, America, UK and Australia. He once shared with me that he finds peace in the journey; But I would say that they also found the opportunity of business during the journey and due to their deep understanding of the needs and places of the customers, they design travel packages, the way they should meet modern travelers.
ABC is sincerely grateful to Mr. D for accepting the position of CEO and all the more grateful for giving employees an opportunity to work under their leadership. I am most happy because I have to report to Mr D. directly; In other words, he is my new boss.
